what we do basically, we prepare your property for sale

we organise minor renovations where necessary; we remove excess furniture and other items and arrange for them to be stored; we design colour schemes that sell; and dress your house ready for open days and auction

how we do it we assess your property to see what it will take to get maximum return for your money invested in preparation for sale. after consulting the necessary tradespeople, we provide you with a timeframe, a written quote and contract. To give you a recent example: a client approached us with a bit of a dilema. he had been living on his acreage with his family for several years. It was looking very busy, tired and worn. Valued at about $2m, he wanted to know if he could improve his home to achieve a better selling price. With an investment of $30k, we: replaced his carpets, rangehood, cupboard handles, tapware and light fittings; we rendered open brick feature walls, re-painted, removed excess furniture, and fixed broken light switches and door architraves. After a final clean and a little style added via house dressing, his house was then re-valued at $2.5m and he achieved a sale price of $2.175m. his return on investment was over 480% (or $145,000) which he would probably not have otherwise have gained.
